Contract revocation/cancellation
§5 of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
A) Individual sewing courses
A1. A booked and paid sewing course can be canceled up to 7 days before the course begins - over the form "Contract revocation/cancellation". The already paid sewing course fee will be refunded.
A2. In case of illness, a booked and paid sewing course can be canceled at least 12 hours before the course begins - over the form "Contract revocation/cancellation". QUILT123 will then issue a voucher for the course fee. The voucher can be redeemed for any future course.
A3. No refunds will be given if the participant leaves the sewing course before the end.
A4. No refunds will be given if the participant passed the sewing course.
B) Regular sewing clubs
B1. A membership fee in a sewing club can be canceled before the first sewing club session - over the form "Contract revocation/cancellation". The already paid membership fee will be refunded.
B2. No refunds will be given for a missed session or an early termination of the membership in a sewing club.
C) Quilting services
C1. A booked and paid quilting service can be canceled up to 7 days before the planned service begins - over the form "Contract revocation/cancellation". The already paid quilting service fee will be refunded.
C2. In case of illness, a booked and paid quilting service can be canceled at least 12 hours before the planned service begins - over the form "Contract revocation/cancellation". QUILT123 will then issue a voucher for the quilting services fee. The voucher can be redeemed for any future course or service.
C3. No refunds will be given for an already executed quilting service.
