2. Summer Holiday Daily Camp - Children Sew (5-days)

A child will spend her/his summer holidays meaningfully and with a big fun at our daily camp, sewing own project on the modern sewing machine Bernina and quilting on a long-arm quilting machine GRACE.
No previous sewing knowledge is required!
After the event, every child will take an accomplished product home!
Sewing project:
Patchwork Bed Cover (Quilt) 2,0 x 1,4 m
or Patchwork Seat Cushion Ø ca. 1 m
- Every child will choose own colours of a future product - in a material packet with all pre-cut fabrics
- Everyone will have a dedicated own working space with the modern sewing machine Bernina – for a personal use for the entire duration of the event.
- Step-by-step, she/he learns how to operate a sewing machine, how to use sewing tools, how to handle hot iron, how to cut fabrics, how to put them together, etc.
- Children will learn how to quilt own project on the long-arm quilting machine GRACE.
- A child will work on own project under the supervision of the skilled course leader.
- After the event, every child will take his accomplished product home!
The price includes (ALL INCLUSIVE):
- 1x material packet (all pre-cut fabrics and other needed material)
- Sewing machine BERNINA – personal use for the entire duration of the course
- Patchwork and sewing tools – personal use for the entire duration of the course

- Every child must bring own slippers.
